KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Conducts classroom and practical training in all aspects of customer services and 'above wing' services including check in and flydubai processes.
  • Conducts classroom and practical training in all 'underwing' activities including ramp turnaround coordination and Centralized Load control (CLC).
  • Assists in the designs and delivers the company's Airport Service training plan in line with applicable regulations, including the lesson plans and scheme of work that is regulatory compliant for GCAA, IATA and ICAO.
  • Implements revised training policies and procedures, SOPs within Airport Services across all subject matters.
  • Maintains the training records database and training records of all Airport Services employees and follows up on any noncompliance issues.
  • Provides assistance and support for all audit requirements and investigations in the specific area of focus.
  • Carries out spot inspections in all Outstations to ensure that all training records and standard procedures are in line with established policies.
  • Conducts reviews on identified topics of training and provides analysis and recommendations.
  • Updates the training material regularly in line with GCAA and ICAO mandated changes.
  • Tests new training systems and identifies any GAPs or system limitations discovered.
  • Produces regular and summarized updates on training related matters highlighting any major issues discovered.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous airport or ground operations experience. Experience of training in an airport and ground operations environment. Exposure to operations in ME , India and Africa would be an advantage. Previous experience of using passenger handling and operational systems. DCS check in experience especially MACS. DG – IATA Dangerous Goods training experience is an advantage Mass/balance training experience an advantage. Some formal audit related experience and training would be an advantage.
